A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a candidate with exceptional business management skills to lead our dynamic friendly team based in South Dublin.

The ideal candidate will be well presented, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be competent in financial and marketing disciplines and ideally have a track record of improving and managing dental business performance.

Overall role

· Manage and train Clinical Nurses and reception staff to maintain the high clinical standards in the practice

· To ensure the care and welfare of customers/staff in line with brand standards and legal requirements

· To ensure the business operation runs smoothly and efficiently in line with the business vision and overall strategy

· To ensure the business continues to grow and attract new customers, and achieve profits in line with its planned growth objectives

· To act as a champion and a positive point of contact for everyone in the business

· Effectively manage recruitment

Desirable skills and experience

· Can demonstrate success in leading and managing teams

· Has a working knowledge of finance, HR, marketing, and compliance

· Is proficient in the Microsoft suite of programmes especially Word and Excel

· Dental experience would be preferred as would familiarity with SOE Exact Software

· Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries with a strong desire to learn all aspects of the dental industry.

· Experience as a Patient Coordinator is ideal in order to be able to explain treatments to patients on behalf of clinicians and discuss finance
