A fantastic opportunity to head up our practice in the heart of Donaghmede! 

We are looking for the right manager to develop, manage and lead Smart Dental Care’s pilot practice in Dublin to reach Euro 1Million turnover and help the group to acquire more practices in the Dublin area!

Role:

• Drive Income of mainly Private Practice but also PRSI, VHI and HSE income of specialist orthodontists, Implantologists, Oral Surgery and General Dentist.
• Manage and train teams of Clinical Nurses to develop the high clinical standards in practice
• Manage and train the reception team to ensure our practice run smoothly and patients turn up.
• Working with Head Office teams in Marketing, Accounts and Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment and Patient Communication Teams to ensure the smooth administration of the practice.

Requirements:

• Proven and experienced leader in a dental setting who is goal and results oriented and excellent in managing people and clinicians.
• Proven Patient Coordinator and able to explain treatments to patients on behalf of clinicians and discuss finance.
• New Media skills especially Facebook and Instagram and able to implement marketing strategies
• Team builder – ability to recruit and train high quality clinical teams
• Experienced in promoting high value, larger treatment plans to patients and meet income expectations of the practice of 1 million EURO pa.

Strong business and commercial acumen to generate ideas to grow our practice.
